For Highly sensitive people, overwhelm and self-esteem
What if you didn’t think of being emotional as a weakness, but instead a strength?

Highly Sensitive People often put others before themselves in search of harmony. When you feel subtle shifts in energy, it can feel like torture when people aren’t happy with you. It can also be painful when you have a lot going on and become over-stimulated. If things stay that way for too long, maybe you notice your nervous system running on over-drive and worrying about things that may seem small.
You can have balance within yourself and in your surroundings. When you find support and validation, are genuinely heard, and feel safe in connection with another person, positive shifts can be instantaneous.
MEET YOUR THERAPIST
I’m Danielle.
In therapy with me, you can expect acceptance, encouragement and compassion. If you struggle with believing in yourself, I will work with you to discover how capable you are. In sessions, I will use compassion, humor, and imagination. My gentle and supportive approach helps you become more confident and empowered by tapping into your innate wisdom.
We will identify where your thoughts and feelings are coming from and find root causes for beliefs you may have about yourself. I will support you in accepting those feelings and help turn them into positive movement in your life. We will look at where you are now, what you want for yourself, and explore various ways to get there. I believe in therapy as being a sort of massage for the mind and spirit. You are front and center in these sessions.
